Mohan Logistics – Terms & Conditions

Welcome to Mohan Logistics. By accessing our website and availing our logistics, transportation, and vehicle carrier services, you agree to comply with the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before booking any service.

1. Definitions

• Company refers to Mohan Logistics.
• Client / Customer refers to any individual or business availing services.
• Services include transportation, vehicle shipping, container movement, convoy/jockey movement, and related logistics solutions.

2. Scope of Services

Mohan Logistics provides transportation and logistics services, including but not limited to:

• 40 Ft Container – 40T
• Car Carrier Services
• Convoy / Jockey Movement
• Flatbed 40 Ft – 38T
• Flatbed 50 Ft – 38T
• SXL-HQ – 9 MT
• 22 Ft CNG – 7.5T
• Electric Vehicle Logistics – 3.5T

All services are subject to availability, route feasibility, statutory permissions, and load compliance.

3. Booking & Confirmation

• Bookings must be confirmed through written communication, email, or approved digital platforms.
• Shipment details such as weight, dimensions, and nature of goods must be accurately declared.
• Incorrect or incomplete declarations may result in cancellation, delays, or penalties.

4. Pricing & Payments

• Freight charges depend on distance, load, vehicle type, fuel prices, and handling requirements.
• Rates may vary due to market fluctuations, toll changes, or regulatory updates.
• Full or partial advance payment may be required before dispatch.
• Any credit terms must be pre-approved in writing.

5. Transit Time

Transit timelines are indicative only and not guaranteed. The company shall not be liable for delays due to traffic, weather, strikes, regulatory checks, natural calamities, or force majeure events.

6. Loading & Unloading

• Unless agreed otherwise, loading and unloading are the client’s responsibility.
• Any additional labor, crane, or special equipment charges will be extra.

7. Insurance

• Transit insurance must be arranged by the client, unless requested.
• Mohan Logistics can facilitate insurance at an additional cost.
• Uninsured consignments are transported at the owner’s risk.

8. Prohibited & Restricted Goods

• Hazardous chemicals without declaration
• Explosives or flammable materials
• Illegal or prohibited goods
• Perishable items without consent
• Contraband or restricted items under Indian law

The company reserves the right to refuse such shipments.

9. Liability

• The company acts solely as a transporter.
• Liability is limited to the freight value or declared value (whichever is lower).
• No liability for indirect loss, business loss, or delay-related damages.

10. Vehicle Transport (Car Carrier / EV Movement)

• Personal belongings must not be kept inside vehicles.
• Pre-dispatch vehicle condition checks are recommended.
• The company is not liable for minor scratches, electrical drain, or accessories damage unless insured.

11. Documentation

• E-way bills (if applicable)
• GST documents
• Vehicle RC copies
• Invoices / Delivery challans

Delays caused by incorrect or missing documentation are not the company’s responsibility.

12. Cancellation & Rescheduling

• Cancellation after vehicle placement may attract charges.
• Detention or waiting charges apply for delays caused by the client.

13. Force Majeure

The company is not liable for delays or failures caused by natural disasters, riots, strikes, war, government restrictions, or pandemic-related events.

14. Dispute Resolution

All disputes shall be resolved amicably where possible. Jurisdiction shall lie with the courts of [Insert City – e.g., Delhi / Mumbai].

15. Amendments

Mohan Logistics reserves the right to amend or update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of services implies acceptance of revised terms.
